I am in love.
He came out with a little bit of a conehead, but he is beautiful. Absolutely perfect. And his mother? She’s a champion.
Have I mentioned I love him?
It was an amazing day. I’m still processing the whole experience. I’ll tell you one thing, though–when they say “the miracle of childbirth,” they aren’t kidding. Wow. It was simply awesome.
I’ll share some more photos and maybe some more story later… but now? SLEEP. I need sleep.

I'm Heather. I'm 33 and have been married to Michael for seven years. Together, we have two beautiful little girls we love more than anything, and a miniature dachshund who drives us crazy. Congrats!!! Now I know you have nephews via your husbands family but nothing compares to your own flesh and blood sibiling becoming a parent. Congrats to your brother and the new mommy! Can’t wait to see the pictures!!!
